Brandon's Birthday

I failed Brandon on his birthday this year. He didn't have a single present to unwrap and I didn't make him a cake. I am failing at a lot of things in my life right now. I blame most of it on the super fussy baby we have.

We tried to make it a birthday week. On Monday we had a party with Brandon's family to celebrate the January birthdays. Tuesday I made him his favorite dinner (Korean Beef). Wednesday, his actual birthday, we brought him breakfast in bed even though he woke up before us. Then he got to go to lunch with his siblings, and that evening his parents babysat for us while we went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse.

Thursday I made him Korean Beef again, and Friday for lunch we went to Pizza Factory with some of his family. They failed big time on his birthday pizza and brought it out complete burned!!

Friday night we went and stayed at the Hampton Inn in Lehi as a family. We had a blast!

We had the pool to ourselves both times we swam.

Ava loved swimming and was miraculously so good at the pool! I haven't written much about it on this blog but she is the fussiest baby ever! After about the first three weeks which were pure heaven, she switched and got all fussy on us and it has been pretty trying ever since.

We sure love Brandon more than we show it. He is an amazing dad and husband and does so much for our family! We would be completely lost without him!!!

Hey Stephanie!
I have not been blogging or reading blogs much since I started teaching. I was JUST SO OVERWHELMED!!! I feel like I'm starting to get over that a bit and get my life back. I was so happy to pop over and read that you have a new baby! With all your struggles to have your family it is so beautiful so see how blessed you've been with 4 beautiful little children. Congratulations. I'm sorry the newest has been so fussy. I hope you figure out how to help her be happy! :)
