July Summer Happenings

We went to Lion's Park and raced rubber ducks down the stream with a bunch of Salmon cousins who were here from out of town. It was super fun.

Tyler was in heaven having boy cousins to play with finally!

I have been wanting to go see the big flag in Pleasant Grove for over a year. I was so happy when we made it happen with Tara and Chandra's families too. It was so cool to see. Hoping to make this a yearly tradition for sure!

Back to Lion's Park for more duck racing!

More fun at Nickel City!

This particular trip was crazy! Brandon won the jackpot on his favorite game.

And then Tyler freaking got 1000 tickets on this game! So lucky! So much fun.

Back up to the cabin for another trip. Sadly, Brandon hasn't been to the cabin with us since Jackson was a baby. I don't know if we'll ever get him back up there with us, but in the meantime I am getting pretty good at going alone with the kids.

Had to include a pic of the actual cabin. We are so lucky to be the only cabin overlooking the lake. It's so wonderful to be able to go there!

I slept with the kids in the bunk room and it was the best! Since I was in a twin bed, no one could come and crowd me out, ha ha. I think Tyler and Kallie slept with cousins up in the loft. But this is where we will be sleeping from now on!

Mckinley is the master face painter!

Attempted a hike on this trip but we got rained out and went back to the cabin.

Love when we get to see deer right from the cabin!

Tyler found a stick that looked just like a gun. I love watching the kids explore and be creative out in nature.

Provo Rec swimming trip with Jammie, Harper, and Hudson!

Hiking the Y has been on our bucket list for a couple of years now and one day we finally made it happen.

It was painful as always. Ava thought she was going to die, and complained most of the way up, ha ha. But of course we made it! We need to do this every year.

Rode bikes all the way to Grove Park which was such a fun bike ride, besides having no sidewalk on Holdaway Road.

Scera swimming day. I was going to buy passes to the Provo Rec but I'm kind of glad I didn't because I like being able to just pool hop.

Tyler and Hadlee could have been on the same team for kickball but instead ended up playing each other.

I got to take Mckinley and some of her friends to the temple for baptisms. We had such a great time!

Kids just living their best lives.

We finally got a chance to go out on the boat. Deer Creek is so fun to swim in. I could take or leave tubing, but it's fun to be up there in the canyon as a family.
