St. George Trip

Another public transportation adventure: we decided to ride the free bus. We took it and went out to eat at Pizza Factory. It was such a fun experience! I love the memories we are making with our kids.

The 2nd week of school we took off to St. George. We hadn't stayed at our place down there since April. It was completely booked all summer. I was worried it would be super hot going in August but it honestly wasn't bad. We had the best trip ever! Super low key and so fun. We ate good food, got lots of swimming in, and discovered the old school nintendo games. I didn't want our trip to end.

Girl's Trip

Some of the young women leaders took a trip up to Burley Idaho to scout out a possibility for Girl's Camp for next year. We went and stayed at Cheyenne's property. It was fun to get away with them but not as relaxing as I had hoped!

Kallie and Sophie (and sometimes Tyler) love to heart attack old ladies in the ward whenever they play together. Well Lincoln and Megan moved into Dallin's townhome in the neighborhood so this time they decided to heart attack them. So cute!

We took advantage of the free front runner day and let the kids go on a train ride. They loved it!

Ava has been asking to get her hair cut into a bob for a while so I finally made it happen. Kallie got her hair cut as well.

Later that day we went swimming at the Provo Rec with cousins and had an absolute blast!

Jackson skipped his nap that day and ended up falling asleep on Mckinley's lap at the end of swimming.

The last day of summer we spent the whole day at Ross and Karen's playing on this bounce house waterslide he rented.

Half way through the day we left so Mckinley could get her hair chopped. She has been wanting to do this forever but wanted to wait till her dance concert was over so she could still have her high ponytail. She thought it got cut a little too short at first but loves it now.

The first day of school finally arrived! I can't tell you how excited I was for this. Like I said, it was a rough summer.

Kallie and Tyler have Miss Davis again, who got married and is now Mrs. Shulte.

Mckinley is in Mr. DeAdder's class with Kiara. I hope she has a great last year of elementary school! I am absolutely not excited for her to go to Jr. High next year.

After school on the first day we were able to go to the Curiosity Museum for Ross's birthday. The kids had a great time.

Then a yummy dinner at Chubby's after. Ross treated everyone and it was so fun!

Emmy giving Jackson a hug. :)

Now onto a couple of months of craziness with 4 kids in soccer and adjusting to the early morning school routine.
