February 2024

Gosh darn it this blog is hard to keep up on. I'm always catching up months later.

Tyler and Mav went and did baptisms at the Orem temple together thanks to an appointment Mav made. I went with my mom and sat and watched them. It was fun.

Jackson and Luke looking through their joy school memory book together. Aww....

Brandon and I got to go out on a date to a men's BYU volleyball game. It was so fun!

Valentine boxes are my faaaaaavorite thing to make with the kids. Tyler got a rubix cube this year. So appropriate!

Kallie used Mckinley's old Up house. We reglued the balloons and added her name with cloud letters. So cute!

Ava made a Bluey/Bingo two-sided box. So stinking cute!

We decorated the table cute for Valentine's dinner and then just got pizza ha ha.

Jackson comes with me every week to baggie books. I can't believe next year he is going to be in all day Kindergarten! I didn't know he could write his name backwards like this, starting with the N. Pretty impressive!

Kallie and her cute group of friends. From left to right: Weslie, Kallie, Addie, Scarlette, Sienna, T-Lee.

I still love doing puzzles. This is my 2,000 piece gas station one.

Mckinley is such a great babysitter. She was babysitting Jojo here. She often babysits Krista Gray's kids, Jackson and Kennedy.

Ava got to go to a fun arcade place for Claire's birthday.

This year for Chinese New Years, my mom and dad took us all out to eat at Feast Buffet. It was delicious! But we didn't really get to talk to any other family members. :)

We went down by Utah Lake to see if there were cool ice chunks and the lake wasn't even frozen. Darn it. Missed it this year.

Ava and Kallie both performed in the school lip sync and it was so fun to watch their dances! They both did a great job and moved on to the final assembly.

Kallie and her friends celebrating after with slurpees.

Ava's basketball season finally came to an end.

We put up this hammock that we got for Christmas from Grandpa and Marmee, and not too long later, the kids got in with a couple friends and ended up ripping it, falling on the cement on their backs, and it went in the garbage.

Another warm weather day. I love that we take advantage of these.

This flower that Ross and Karen gave to me when my aunt Rebecca died, finally grew! It was the weirdest thing. Didn't need any water. At one point we threw it in the garbage but Kallie got it back out and it actually grew!
