Summer Fun

We had a great time at the Orem Fest Parade. Ross got Raising Cane's for everyone and a lot of Mark and Lorraine's family were in town so it was fun to see them.

Mckinley was in the parade with her cross country team.

Ava and I got to go to Maple Dell for a day camp with the activity days kids in our ward. It was HOT but we had a great day!

Ava, Mckinley, and I went to see Frozen at the Scera Shell.

Brandon's Aunt Colleen died unexpectedly and it was great to see all the family that came in to town and to participate in the funeral.

The kids are really living it up this summer having all sorts of fun with friends.

Brandon, Mckinley, and I had quite the experience at the Parade of Homes, especially seeing the owner of Crumble's house.

We got to go to a Bee's game as a family. We lasted till the 5th inning I think which was sad for me because we missed the drone show at the end.

We spent Father's Day dinner up in Provo Canyon at Big Spring's Park with the Salmon's. It was a great night.

Every good trip must come to an end

On our last day we had some time after we checked out of our hotel to go to a beach again. We chose to try out the Baloba Peninsula area and Marina Park. Once again, waves were huge (after we got home we learned of several people who died in the waters the week we were there so I'm glad we didn't risk swimming) so we didn't swim but we had so much fun playing in the sand and just being by the Ocean.

As we were eating, we discovered our flight was delayed so we went back to Corona Del Mar to take in the beautiful view again. It was a great trip and I'm so glad we made it happen!

California Adventure and the Beach!

California Adventure was not nearly as good as Disneyland but we still got to ride almost everything we wanted to. They just had a lot of rides shut down and insane waits but we made it through!

Soarin was amazing!

Got some yummy ice cream parfaits!

This was the day of our 20th anniversary!

Toy Story is always so much fun.

We waited for the longest time for Guardians. Jackson hated it. But we got fast passes because our pictures didn't come through, so 5 of us went and rode it again.

Rode Monsters Inc and waited forever for it. The wait for Ariel was long. All the waits were long.

We paid to skip the line for Cars and still waited in somewhat of a line and then got in the single rider line after that to ride it again.

The next day we swam at the pool, Mckinley went for a run, and then we went to Hungtington Beach.

Brandon bought oysters out on the pier. Won't do that next time ha ha but fun to try.

The waves were insanely huge and scary so we didn't do a lot of swimming but we still had a good time playing in the sand and catching a million sand crabs.

Pizza by the pool for dinner was a great idea!

Made a quick stop to Downtown Disney to look around. A fun day!
