We found out that you can go feed the coy fish at 8:30 and 4:00 every day so we made sure to go down on Monday morning and feed the fish. It was super fun and we discovered that the birds will eat the food out of your hands.
After that, we got on Groupon and booked the glass bottom boat tour that Chandra told us about, and took a nice little walk to the Ko Olina Marina to catch our boat.
The boat ride wasn't anything too amazing but we did see two turtles and lots of fish and it's always fun to be out on the ocean. This boat was big enough that Kallie wasn't scared of it this time! It was a great activity.
When we got back we headed back to Paradise Cove to see if we could see turtles there. As we were walking in, some people leaving told us that there as a seal napping on the beach. So that was fun to see and a surprise!!
And of course there were turtles in the water! I think there were two this day. It was so amazing to swim with them. I got some underwater videos of them and they are just so peaceful and majestic.
We were lucky enough to be there when the seal decided to wake up, roll over, and make it's way back to the ocean.
We ran out to Costco again that night so we didn't get a good view of the sunset on the beach, but it was still beautiful from the deck.
Back outside for a night swim!
Evidence of a good day:
We of course had a little attitude and fighting with some of the kids, but for the most part, we just loved every minute of this trip and felt so lucky to be there!
