Hawaii Cont.

We absolutely love feeding the Koi fish at the resort. We met this cute little boy Charlie who didn't have any siblings, and he then referred to our kids as his "friends" and we loved seeing him every day.

Headed up to Shark's Cove for some snorkeling. It's always great going there.

Bought some treats at Ted's Bakery this time.

The guava cake was delicious! Coconut roll was pretty good too.

Then headed to Hukilau. Revisiting all our favorite spots from our last trip.

We had such a great time there! 

Drove by the temple real quick but didn't get out this time.

Saw a chicken with the cutest baby chicks as we were driving around to see where my parents' old apartment would have been when they lived there.

Then to Matsumoto's for Shave Ice!!

Back to the resort for the sunset.

Hawaii!!!

We loved our trip to Hawaii last year so much that we made it happen again! I'm so proud of us for getting over there again, before it had even been a year! We left early in the morning of Tyler and Kallie's birthday.

We had to hang out for the afternoon with no towels and stuff, but we were so happy to be there and the weather was incredible!

We were dying over Mckinley's running tan. White feet, white thighs, and two lines from sports bras. LOL.

Costco for dinner always, ha ha, but Tyler and Kallie got their own ice creams since it was their birthday!

Eating out on the deck in the morning is always a favorite!

Mckinley hit the gym her first day and after that it was closed down for renovations so she ran outside all of the other times. We had people commenting to us about how long she was on that treadmill!

Of course, first thing on our list is going to Paradise Cove Public Beach.

We saw a seal there again, just like last year.

And turtles! Yay! So fun to see them and swim with them.

Fall

This has been the best Fall! Lots of hiking with friends which has been so incredibly enjoyable!!! We hiked to Timpanogos Falls in the height of the leaves and it was so pretty I had to take my family back a few days later!

Love love loved it.

Not only did I make dinner rolls for the first time, but I made cinnamon rolls from scratch as well! They were nothing like Paula Watts's cinnamon rolls, but I'm proud of myself nonetheless!

Absolutely love where we live. We get to see incredible sunsets all the time and also some good thunder storms. Love our view so much!

Pizza Factory for dinner to celebrate Tyler and Kallie's 13th birthday. We celebrated a little early since we were going to be a little preoccupied flying to Hawaii (woot!!!) on their birthday.

They also opened presents early. Definitely getting harder to please, these two teenagers!

Yet another race for Mckinley. She has been rocking cross country and we love going to support her!
