Ava turns 4!

Two days after the baptism Ava had her 4th birthday. She was so excited for it of course!

We had the mattresses in our bedroom so she got breakfast in bed down on the mattress.

She was supposed to go to joy school at Hazel's on her birthday but they had to cancel so we just had June over to play instead.

I made her a butterfly cake that she was pretty excited about.

We went to lunch at Burger King with Brandon.

After school we went to the pumpkin patch and even got Brandon to come with us for the first time ever. It was so much fun!

Megan and Emmy joined us too.

I made a cake for Tyler and Kallie too since they didn't get one because we celebrated their birthday in Hurricane. Anyway, Ava's birthday was such a great day!

Tyler and Kallie's baptism

Tyler and Kallie had their COVID baptism on October 10th. We considered not doing a gathering after but they really wanted it so we did it anyway. They actually got baptized at a pretty good time. Back in March when COVID first hit, baptisms were all postponed. Then the restrictions were pretty crazy for a while but by the time they got baptized we were allowed 50 people (which is enough for both of our families) and just had to wear masks but that was it. We still had a program. They did keep families separate so we didn't join with anyone else in the ward.

We were still able to do a program. Mckinley gave the talk and did a great job. We were happy to have lots of family there and it was a great day! I didn't even have anxiety about it!

We invited family to come over after for muffins, fruit, yogurt parfaits, and juice. It was lots of fun!

Such cuties!

Hello October

We are loving these cooler days and soaking up every bit of the warm weather. Brandon has been taking the kids out to the backyard to play soccer multiple times a week and they just love it.

Kallie and Tyler planned for like a month to take Sophie and Maverik to Airborne and we finally made it happen. It was heaven for an hour!

On Conference Saturday Janice Sucher texted and invited us to come swim in her pool. So much fun watching Ava swim on her own.

Soccer

We signed Tyler up for Orem soccer and then last minute decided to switch him to Vineyard. Best decision we ever made. He lucked out with two super great coaches and had a great time playing. We just parked at Dallin's house and walked the back way in so we never had to deal with parking, and then Brandon's parents could watch 4 of their grandkids play soccer all in the same place.

Tyler's coaches took all these pictures for us! So awesome. Tyler is the fastest runner ever. Like he beats out his entire class at school in PE when they do races and he beat his entire team when they raced at practice. He is so good and so fun to watch!
