A new school year! Jackson goes to Kindergarten!

Very exciting year this year with all the kids in all day school. A new phase of life for me! I'm loving it!

Mckinley is in 9th grade at Lakeridge. Doing NJHS again and trying out cross country for the first time. She's rocking it!

Tyler and Kallie got Mrs. Riley this year. She gives a lot of homework which they hate but they are surviving. Tyler lucked out with all his friends in his class.

Kallie got split apart from her very best friends but still has some friends in her class.

Ava got Mrs. Hill and thinks she is the nicest teacher ever! She's loving school. Such a breath of fresh air after her rough start to 1st grade last year.

Jackson surprised us big time and is adjusting to all day school better than pretty much all of his siblings did. And we were worried the most about him. He loves Mrs. Brown and hasn't complained at all about school. He's easy to wake up in the morning and just gets going and it makes me so happy! This is the first year that Vineyard switched to all day Kindergarten. I feel very lucky. It's so nice to have plenty of time during the day to get stuff done. It does go by fast though and I feel like I could use double the time that I have ha ha.

Maddie, Sienna, Weslie, Kallie

Nico, Tyler, Merrick, Blake Nixon, Andrew?

Harper, Claire, Ava, Emily, Walker

Tyler and Cade. Tyler, Cade, and Kai are all in the same class together. So nice for him to start out with two of his play group friends from last year!

I went to the school to help Jackson with lunch the first time he got school lunch and boy am I glad I did. I ended up helping a bunch of kids and can I just say, lunch time is absolutely crazy!

Kallie is playing Vineyard Rec soccer and is on the same team with Navy and Sophie. It's combined boys/girls 5th/6th grade this year. Brandon is coaching them. They are so fun to watch!

Tyler is hating soccer and wishing we would let him quit. He didn't even want to go to try outs. We were going to have him play district and then we decided he should do state. He first made the B team and then they switched him to the A team so he's with all the boys he played with last year. I'm happy about it. He's not so much. They moved to 11 on the field this year instead of 9 and the fields are waaaay bigger! It's so different!

More fun afternoons at the Hive!

Little cutie in her new school clothes reading Sophie Mouse books which she loves.

We went to the Thompson Orthodontic swimming party at Lindon pool and froze to death. I swear they always get bad weather for this party.

More of the Hive. Love that place.
