Hurricane in July

We booked a trip down to Hurricane at the very end of July. We lucked out big time with the weather. It was so wonderful!

I'm always worried going down there in the summer months that it's going to be way too hot. It was great though!

We branched out a little and tried out Pica Rica BBQ. We tried a sample from them in May when we were there and it was absolutely delicious so we decided to take the whole family for lunch. It cost like $100 ha ha but it was so freaking good! Brandon liked it better than the BBQ place we ate at in Houston.

These kids just love going down there and swimming in the pool any chance they get.

We almost always eat at Costa Vida when we're there.

Took a picture with the timer and Brandon threw the beach ball up, ha ha.

We lucked out with some stormy weather that gave us an overcast day where we swam for hours and hours and didn't even need sunscreen. It was heavenly.

I finished up my paint by number while we were on our trip.

Tyler had so much fun jumping around in the water and taking pictures that made it look like he was wearing these floaties.
